OUR PROGRAM
Our program is designed to guide you through a complete mind–body reset in the heart of Northern Thailand. Over 25 days, you’ll follow a balanced routine built around daily hikes, strength training, nourishing meals, and intentional personal time. Every day combines movement, recovery, and reflection so your progress feels steady and natural—not rushed.
Saturdays shift into mini-adventure days, taking you to waterfalls, scenic trails, and local hill-tribe areas before returning for a relaxing afternoon. Each week carries its own theme—from resetting and rebuilding to recharging and renewing—so you can feel your transformation unfold step by step.
With optional mindfulness sessions, weekly Thai massage bookings, and the peaceful environment of the mountains, this program gives you the space, structure, and support to reconnect with your body and build habits that stay with you long after you leave.

A structured, holistic daily flow designed to reset your body, elevate your mindset, and reconnect you with nature. Each day blends energizing morning hikes, nourishing meals, focused strength training, and intentional personal time—creating the perfect balance between movement, recovery, and mental clarity.

Saturdays -- Half-Day Excursion
A half-day adventure that takes you deeper into Northern Thailand’s landscapes. You’ll explore scenic trails, visit waterfalls or hill-tribe villages, enjoy a fresh picnic lunch outdoors, and still return early enough for rest, massage, or local cultural experiences. It’s the perfect blend of exploration, activity, and mindful recovery.

A structured weekly progression that guides guests through a full transformation—from clearing the mind and body, to building strength and habits, to balancing recovery, and finally integrating the lifestyle for long-term success. Each week has a clear theme that keeps the journey focused, intentional, and rewarding.

8:30 AM Meet-up / Morning Briefing Light check-in, hydration, set daily goal

9:00 AM Guided Hike / Trek Cardio, connection with nature, mental reset

10:30 AM Finish hike Reflection, return to base

10:30–11:30 AM Personal Time / Shower, journaling, rest

12:00 PM Healthy Lunch Nutrient-rich, portion-controlled meal

4:00 PM Weight Training / Strength Exercise Muscle tone, metabolism boost

5:00 PM Finish session Cool down, stretch, recovery

Evening Free Time / Optional Group Activity Meditation, mindset talk, reading
